The Eulipions Fund is administered by The Denver Foundation. What We Fund Grants given by The Eulipions Fund are very narrowly focused. To qualify for a grant from Eulipions an organization or individual must: (1) Generate, assist, increase and/or encourage performing arts in Colorado African American Communities and (2) be a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization or have a fiscal agent with exempt status. When to Apply The deadline for 2007 was Monday, November 19th.  The deadline for 2008 has not yet been determined.  We expect it will be in the fall of 2008.
