The Just Media Fund is a supporting organization of The Denver Foundation. The Fund seeks to support innovative media projects that give voice to traditionally underrepresented and disenfranchised members of our community.
The pilot program of The Just Media Fund will fund the production of videos which build capacity for a handful of Colorado based nonprofits. These media projects can be designed to raise awareness, build membership, communicate with constituents, and/or enhance fundraising efforts for the organization.
For consideration, grant seekers should submit a letter of inquiry to The Just Media Fund at the address below. Letters of inquiry are accepted on a continual basis and should include the following: |
- Name of organization (and acronym if commonly used)
- Name of parent organization, if any
- Name of chief executive officer or person holding similar position
- Organization's physical and mailing addresses
- Organization's phone number, fax number, and e-mail address, if any
- Name and title of the principal contact person if different from the above
- Total annual budget for organization
- Brief narrative description of video/media project
- Intended audience
- Project goals
- Method of distribution
- Current stage of development
- Resources currently invested in project
- Potential partners or collaborators on project
- Preliminary budget
- Estimated timeline
