Technical Assistance Matters! The results are In!
All nonprofit organizations need help from time to time in order to function more effectively and efficiently. This is especially true of new or emerging nonprofit organizations or those with smaller budgets. We are pleased to report that based on 61 online final reports, key findings show that TA grantees continue to make significant progress. The impact of the Technical Assistance (TA) program continues to evolve and we look forward to future updates!

Fiscal Education Project
Colorado needs robust public conversation on the state’s revenue challenges before Election Day and over the next year. Nonprofit organizations are uniquely positioned to help Coloradans make sense of the challenges facing the state and what can be done. While education programs about state revenues and budgets are not always considered immediate priorities, Colorado’s revenue crisis is important to all of us as state and local revenues affect every community and organization working in the public sector. The Colorado Nonprofit Association is undertaking a long term fiscal education project appropriate for all 501(c)(3) organizations to help Coloradans make sense of the state’s revenue challenges. We need you to join with the Colorado Nonprofit Association to take on this important leadership role in your communities and networks and can provide support to avoid distracting you from mission-critical work.

The Denver Foundation Arts and Culture TA Grantees Supported by Kresge Foundation!!!
Arts and culture organizations function at varying levels in any economy. In good economic times, we frequently encounter nonprofit organizations with weaknesses in their business management skills. In a recession, these issues are magnified. Even strong organizations are now encountering challenges that even the most astute planner could not have anticipated. As a result, the majority of Denver-based arts and culture organizations are feeling significant strains. The Denver Foundation has been able to support a minimum of 16 Arts and Culture organizations - made possible by the support from the Kresge Foundation!
