Feeding the Multitude

Urban Land Conservancy

The Urban Land Conservance (ULC), a nonprofit organization established in 2003, uses real estate as a tool to benefit the Metro Denver community.

In much the same way a land trust preserves open space for future generations, the ULC preserves community assets such as schools, affordable housing, and community centers in urban areas to ensure their continued benefit. The ULC is a supporting organization to The Denver Foundation with an independent board of directors.
